Registration for participants are open until October, 14th

The scientific contributions will be presented in virtual format, by oral presentations and e-posters. Oral presentations will be transmitted via Web Conference. E-Poster presentations will be available at the website.

The organizers will confirm to authors the accepted form of presentation, date, and time. Information about the platform and guidelines for the oral presentations will be made available in due time.

General information and templates for submitting papers are available in the “Files” menu. Papers should be sent attached at the registration form.
Templates for oral and e-poster presentations will also be available at the same address.

 

Oral presentation:

 

Oral presentations will be transmitted via Web Conference, following the official program (1 presentation per participant maximum). The time for each presentation will be up to 10 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions and discussion (maximum total time of 15 minutes).

 

E-poster presentation:

 

E-posters should contain, in addition to the title and authors with appropriate affiliation, a brief introduction, objectives, material and methods, results and conclusions. Acknowledgments to funding agencies must be included. Each e-poster should indicate the contact e-mails of the main author and the advisor and/or supervisor.

For each e-poster the authors must record a video in English with a maximum duration of 5 minutes where they will objectively present their work. This video will be released on YouTube.
