Instructions to prepare the poster
A template can be found here (for Microsoft Office) and here (for LibreOffice) for the poster.
- Poster are to be approximately 0.9 m x 1.2 m (35.4” x 47”) in size;
- Poster should be written in English;
- Poster title should be the same as the accepted abstract;
- Abstract titles, names, and affiliations should appear on the top of the poster;
- A simple sans serif-face font (e.g., Helvetica) should be used;
- Lettering for the title should be at least one inch tall. The authors' names and affiliations may be somewhat smaller;
- Authors should include photographs to assist in author identification;
- Content - Do not prepare a poster as if it were a manuscript. Primarily, use tables and figures and limit verbiage. Details of the work can be provided in discussions with interested parties;
- Lettering for text and illustrations should range in size between 6 mm and 12 mm;
- On the day of the presentation, each poster must be affixed to the panel with the identification number corresponding to its work between 10:10 and 10:50 in the morning and must be exposed until the end of the presentation period;
- Display - A numbered board space [0.9 m x 1.2 m (35.4” x 47”)] will be assigned for each poster. Presenters will receive an assigned space number prior to the conference;
- Presenters are responsible for their own pushpins for securing the poster to the board;
- The number of each poster, the date, and place for presentation will be announced on the congress website and will appear in the online book of abstracts;
- On the day of the presentation, each poster must be affixed to the panel with the identification number corresponding to its work between 10:10 and 10:50 in the morning and must be exposed until the end of the presentation period;
- Presenters should remove their posters before 12 pm on Friday, September 22. The Poster Hall will be dismantled after this time;
- The organizing committee of the event will not be responsible for the posters not removed.
