Each payment fee includes: participation in the conference, abstract in the proceedings, workshop materials, and food and beverages in the coffee-breaks, according to the program.

To ensure the participation in the conference, please complete the following form and pay the registration via PayPal link according to the type (student, researchers and professors, professionals, and accompanying persons). After completing the registration form, you will find the PayPal link in your profile. Clicking on the PayPal link, you will be redirected to PayPal website. You will need a PayPal account to pay the registration.

After paying the registration fee, please check your profile in a couple of days to confirm whether your payment was received. We will check the payment daily and change its status accordingly for each participant.

Brazilian participants will also be able to pay via "boleto", but the bank has not provided the code yet.

Conference’s policy

Every attendee must register to participate in the conference. If two or more co-authors want to attend the conference, each one must register.

For each accepted abstract to be included in the proceedings, at least one registration is required. However, if an author has two or more accepted abstracts, only one registration is required for the abstracts to be included in the proceedings.

Post-doc is considered as researcher/professor for registration purposes.

If you want to attend the conference but have no work to present, use paper number "guest" in the registration form.

Support letters

Support letters for entry visa will only be issued to attendees who have successfully paid their registration fees.

Travel visa required to enter Brazil is solely the responsibility of the participants and their companies or universities.

The organizing committee can only issue a support letter stating that a registered attendee has an accepted abstract or that the attendee is expected to have an oral presentation.

No-show:

If for unforeseen reasons physical presence at the conference location is not possible, proceedings will not be mailed since the abstracts will be freely available online.

Cancellation policy:

Requests until September 10th will receive 70% refund. The cancellation can be made directly in the conference website. Refunds will be paid within 60 days after the request.

After September, 10th, no refunds are allowed. However, the registration fee may be transferred to another attendee. The no-show at the conference does not imply the automatic cancellation of the registration.
